Have the option to show a Daily Calendar on the frontend. Much like the calendar that is shown on the Admin side, a Daily Calendar view would be much more engaging for those who are picking hourly time slots (e.g., rehearsal studio, equipment rental, hair appointments, etc.).
This feature could be commented out in the code for a Developer to turn on, or built into the Admin.

I love the calendar in the Admin of WooCommerce Bookings. It would be really cool if something like this could be shown to users on the site. I mean, without the personal data! Showing what is already booked, especially in such a colorful way, is really engaging. Much more so that a run-of-the-mill monthly calendar, where you can only see if the day is fully or partially booked. A daily calendar provides so much more useful detail.
Of course, the admin or developer should have a choice however, on what is best for them. A useful option.
