Different delivery range for first time buyers and recurring subscriptions

We would like to have the option to set a different delivery range option at the checkout, for first time buyers, and add a second option for next subscription orders:

For example, the first order will be for five days minimum delivery, and for a renewal payment it will be 3 days minimum.
