Discount for full payment when using WooCommerce Deposits

It would be great to automatically apply a discount for customers who pay in full.

Currently we are adding a fee to those who only pay a deposit. But from a customer service perspective it would be better for us to surprise people with a discount rather than surprise them with a fee.
