WooCommerce Subscriptions

Modify the current Recurring Product Discount so that it does not assume starting with the very first order. Simply add an attribute to specify the starting order. The current Limited Subscription Payment Coupons assumes that it begins with the very first order. The rationale for this feature request is to have a higher discount for refill orders, thereby incentivizing the shopper to keep their subscription going.
