This plugin is working fine for us. However, we noticed that there’s a discrepancy in how the number of items fulfilled and unfulfilled are determined for the “Shipping Label” subtitle.
The # items fulfilled appears to count the number of products and doesn’t consider the quantities.
The # items unfulfilled appears to sum the number of items * quantity.
Thus, the numbers shown are confusing our shipping department.
Can you kindly make the “Shipping Label” subtitle with # items are ready to be fulfilled consistent. Use either the number of products or the sum of (quantity * items). Either way as long as it’s consistent.
