Display Full Order Amount in WooCommerce Orders and Reports

In the WooCommerce backend, the Orders table and analytics reports only display the amount paid as the “Order Total.” This is problematic for businesses like ours that handle final payments through a third-party platform. The current setup does not provide a clear view of the full order amount, which is critical for accurate sales tracking and reporting.

While we can view the Full Amount for each product in the order details, this information is not visible at a glance in the Orders table or included in analytics reports. This creates inefficiencies and inaccuracies when analyzing our store’s performance.

Proposed Solution:
1. Orders Table – Add a column in the Orders table to display the Full Amount of the order alongside the Deposit Paid. This would allow users to quickly see both values without diving into individual order details.

2. Reports – Provide separate columns for Full Amount and Deposit Paid in analytics reports. Alternatively, allow users to choose whether the Order Total column defaults to the Full Amount or the Deposit Paid for a more flexible reporting experience. For flexibility, include an option to filter or sort orders in reports by Full Amount, Deposit Paid, or both, giving users a comprehensive view of store sales.

Benefits:
1. Provides a more accurate representation of total store sales.
2. Streamlines reporting and analysis without needing to manually adjust or combine data.
3. Reduces the risk of errors when evaluating business performance or financial data.
