When automated tax is enabled it overwrites tax rates in additional classes.

In Kansas there is a separate “Food” tax which is 3%. I want to be able to use an additional tax class for those food items. However, when I enter an additional class rate for KS the automated feature overwrites the 3% back to 7.5%.

When automated tax is enabled I’d like to be able to add additional tax rates without them being overwritten.
