Description:
We are currently using WooCommerce Bookings with an external booking platform (Beds24). Right now, we are able to send confirmed WooCommerce bookings to Beds24, but we have no way to update availability in WooCommerce based on external bookings.
To prevent overbookings and synchronize stock (e.g., bungalow or diving course capacity), we need a way to push daily availability or block specific dates/resources via REST API.
What we need:
API endpoint to update availability per resource per date.
Option to set available units or block specific dates programmatically.
Support for both fixed-date and flexible duration products.
Use case:
When a Bungalow is booked externally (e.g., through OTA), we want to push the new availability (e.g., reduce quantity from 1 to 0) to WooCommerce automatically using Make or another API tool.
Current workaround:
We are not currently using a workaround, as WooCommerce Bookings lacks official support for this. We are blocked.
Priority: High – this is critical for a synchronized multi-channel system.
