Enable/disable emails per subscription plan

Currently, all you can do is enable/disable specific emails (like “Completed Renewal Order”) for ALL subscriptions.

For example, it would be much more helpful if you could disable that email for monthly subscription plans only, while keeping it enabled for Annual subscription plans.

People who have signed up for recurring monthly donations or who have monthly memberships will usually not want an email reminder every month.

    Alternatively just add a filter to should_send_reminder_email() and we can add our own custom criteria.

    +1 Monthly subscribers definitely don’t want renewal reminders every month, but annuals subscribers will.
