Filter for Scanned/Check-in Status in Manager

Add a filter option in the “Manager” panel to visualize seats based on their QR code scan status.
Admins should be able to filter and see:

– Which seats have been scanned (Check-in complete)
– Which seats have NOT been scanned yet
