The Woo Core Capabilities includes only one capability for Reporting that can be selected by User Capability customization plugins, such as User Role Editor plugin.

What is left is any deposit record requires WordPress Administrator Role in order to be able to read the detailed order information that comprise that deposit.

This basically locks out business roles that are not qualified for WordPress Administrator capabilities – such as Store Managers, Treasurers, and product category owners who create new products and wish to review their deposit histories.

The same is true for Transaction activities – basically, any financial information gathered by WooCommerce and WooPayments.
