Free gift with subscription purchase

Currently, there is no way to tie a free gift to the purchase of a subscription. For instance, I have a coffee company, the box of coffee can be purchased as a single unit, or a monthly subscription. Currently I cannot add the free gift in the event of a subscription in the cart.
