The “Tax Exempt” tab may not appear in My Account because it isn’t enabled in the plugin settings for your user role. To fix it, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax Exempt, make sure the module is enabled, and confirm your user role (such as Customer) is added under allowed roles. Then clear your site and browser cache and log out and back in. If it is still missing, check for plugin conflicts, ensure Addify and WooCommerce are updated, and contact Addify support with your site URL if the issue continues.
