1. Better if there’s a setting where if the status is approved, the details from users end (not admin) the fields must be disabled. 2. From the admin side, there should be a notification once someone has submitted a tax exemption without going to the email.- 1 comment

Add fields to plugin.
Your plugin could use some tweaking. No account holders name or number. No name field No company name fields No address fields. No state fields. No City fields. No zip code fields.
