Approve / disapprove tax execotion links not working.

I clicke on the approved tax execnption link in the message request form and it does not work. Please fix this.

    We have re-tested this feature in latest WooCommerce/WordPress environment and its working fine. Also, no other customer has reported this issue. It seems like there is conflict with third-party plugin or theme. Please reach out to our support team to get assistance using the following link,
