Revoking access for a customer order has the prompt “Are you sure you want to revoke access to this download?” The prompt should also inform the user that revoking access will permanently delete the download history from the database. I didn’t know this, revoked access, and lost the download history for a customer who filed a Paypal dispute for which I needed the information. My fault, yes – but I believe it’s a good thing to protect people from their ignorance and let them know when data will be deleted. “Revoke Access” sounds harmless, but in this case it was not.
