Include Dimensions on ShipStation Integration
Currently during a sale, WooCommerce and the Shipstation integration only sends weight. Dimensions are ALWAYS needed. They are an available specification in WooCommerce and are used for eBay and the eBay integration with ShipStation receives the dimensions. It’s only obvious it would include them from WooCommerce. I would think it’s an easy add on too given that it already exists as a field in WooCommerce.

Just found out this isn’t standard after paying shipstations subscription. Complete deal breaker and I’m going to have to move away from woocommerce because of this
A deal breaker how can it possibly be that weight is filled but dimensions are not?
This is incredibly critical to the integration of these two products, We cant determine if this is WC not sending the data or ShipStation not requesting it. The workaround is that you can export your products and then import them to ShipStation but it isnt helpful if products change often
Definitely needed. Please consider adding to help streamline the process. Thank you
Why this isn’t out of the box – I have no idea. It looks like maybe a ShipStation limitation for some reason.
