It would be great if the rule filter operators could be extended so that the Is / Is Not Blank (i.e., “is set” and “is not set”) are available for ALL relevant rule filters.
Currently, certain filters like “Customer – State” or “Customer – Shipping State” (or similar customer/order/subscription-scoped rule filters) only have the options “is” and “is not” which means we can’t filter by whether something is set or not unless we use the custom field filter which would have to target protected/internal WooCommerce order fields in some cases.
Example for a customer-scope flow would be a flow triggering for all customers where (for whatever reason) all of the address fields are empty and then alerting admins so they can manually add the last order’s address data to set the customer’s default billing and shipping address, or triggering a custom AutomateWoo function to pull the data automatically and then add it to the order. OR using a trigger like “Order Paid” but only run it when the fields are missing from the customer profile, then using AW flow actions to populate the customer’s default billing and shipping address using order data variables.
