Make country essential

Hi! We ship from a small country and would absolutely need all potential wholesale customers to fill out the country lines. How can I change them from ‘optional’ to ‘absolutely’? I would need the change for both, billing and shipping addresses.

Can you help? I am astonished that it is optional to start with 😉
