Name Your Price
Allow customers to define the product price. Also useful for accepting user-set donations.
Mandatory Approval by Admin
– Add mandatory approval by admin before order gets confirmed
– have an option to limit how many bids a customer can make
– optional deny a bid after the bidding process by email automatically if reserve price was not met.
For Products it would be necessary to have approval from Shop Admin otherwise customers could always check for the minimum price by increasing from price 1 up.
Another way to limit “minimum prices testing” and create need to offer an adequate price would be to limit the offers a customer can make.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! We really value our customer’s feedback, and we appreciate the time and thought you put into these suggestions. While this may be something we consider adding in the future, at the moment we have other priorities for our development team, so I’m afraid this isn’t anything we’ll be able to tackle anytime soon.
