Minimum order value not applicable to admins that shop for the customers

Sometimes people want to buy something which is only a little less then the minimum order value. Then they reach out to me by mail asking if it is possible to order the product they wish.

In this case it would be nice if I am able to order for the customer without the rule of the minimum order value to be applied.
