Newsletter optin form

My website was created by Pure Design and it has a build in Newsletter optin form but I have not found a way to get it linked to aWebber. The AWebber newsletter app from WooCommerce was installed into the back office and followed all the instructions but it is not linking to the form.

I have not bee able to find how to get this link done. Since the AWebber app is for checkout how do I link it to a new subcriber that doesn’t make any purchases?
