Product Recommendations for WooCommerce

It would be very useful to have the option to manually add specific products to a recommendation engine to fine tune it.

Like you have a recommendation engine based on some condition but then have the option to always include some specific products which you want to especially promote.

Or just a way to create a up-/ cross-sell list of product you want to display on products pages which belong to a specific category or just all product pages.
