Pause Settings – Monthly vs. Yearly

The pause settings are not currently dynamic. Setting 1 pause per billing period means a yearly member gets 1 pause per year but a monthly one can pause every month. This is not fair. Would be better to be able to set the pause for a specific time period like once every 3 months.
