Payout option via store credit

Is this feature available in the current plugin or can it added?

When affiliates earn commissions through referrals, there is an option to pay them in-store credit to be used as a discount for their next purchase of the product.

The goal for this is to emphasize customer loyalty and to target employees/customers into a “sub” affiliate where they earn points instead of cash.
