I am planning to purchase the plugin “Request a Quote for WooCommerce” developed by Addify, which is available on the WooCommerce Marketplace.
Before purchasing, I would like to confirm compatibility with my current setup.
My configuration is:
WordPress 6.9.1
WooCommerce 10.5.1
WooCommerce Extra Product Options (ThemeComplete) – version 7.5.6
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce (Pro) – version 2.2.3
A WooCommerce deposit / partial payment plugin – version 3.1.15
My Extra Product Options (EPO) are correctly displayed in the cart, including all selected options and price adjustments.
I would like to confirm the following:
Since the extra options appear correctly as cart item meta, will they be fully included in the quote request and PDF generated by the Addify plugin?
When a quote is converted into a WooCommerce order, will it remain a standard WooCommerce order so that my deposit / partial payment plugin can still function normally?
Has this plugin been tested with WooCommerce Extra Product Options (ThemeComplete), or is there any known limitation?
I have contacted Addify directly but have not yet received a response, so I would appreciate your clarification before proceeding with the purchase.

Regarding WooCommerce Extra Product Options (ThemeComplete) and Variation Swatches plugins
Both plugins you are using are third-party plugins.
Unfortunately, WooCommerce Extra Product Options is not compatible with our plugin. As for the Variation Swatches plugin, we have not tested it, so there may be some compatibility issues. We can make our extension compatible with your current setup but it would require some extra customization.
Our plugin is fully compatible with the official WooCommerce add-on options mentioned in our plugin documentation. If you can switch then this cost can be saved.
Quote conversion to WooCommerce order
Once our plugin converts a quote into an order, it becomes a standard WooCommerce order.
From that point onward, the default WooCommerce order process takes over. Our plugin does not control or interfere with payment handling or any further order processing.
Therefore, your deposit or partial payment plugin should function according to WooCommerce’s default behavior.
Please note that all our plugins come with a 30-day refund policy. You are welcome to purchase the plugin and test it fully in your environment. If it does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days.
