Problems approving a new registered user

I have purchased the User Registration plugin for WooCommerce. When a new user registers on the website, the new user does not come to Registration Requests to edit it before I approve the registered user.
I want to approve the user manually on the website in the Registration Requests field but no new user comes to the Registration Requests field in the website admin panel.
