A system for product exchanges typically of the same value which allows return of original order and the creation of an exchange order. Even though it is a zero transaction, the Exchange must be treated as an order to generate warehouse pick, pack and despatch.
Within Analytics the Return and Exchange should be recognised in Sales and Products.
