Extra Custom Product Options for WooCommerce

As documented at https://woocommerce.com/document/extra-custom-product-options-for-woocommerce/#section-4 , it is possible to reorder fields of an Extra Product Options rule from an action on it in the summary view. But it is *not* possible to do so on the Edit Rule page, although it should be. I’d settle for move up/move down buttons, but since the extension already supports drag & drop reordering of radio/selectbox/multi-select/swatch options _within_ a field (and of fields theirselves in the Sort Fields popup), that would be an obvious improvement.

The important thing is just a clear way to reorder fields in place in views like https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/multiple-fields-1.png rather than on an entirely separate screen.
