Rearrange Ticket Fields

It would be nice to re-order the ticket fields. Right now if you want a new option to be number 2 in the list, you have to delete all of them, then add again.

    Please make this happen. I spent hours creating a form that I now have to rebuild again just to add one field.

    It definitely would as it is really annoying to have a few fields and have to start over again
