Remove `label` styling from root css

In the latest release 2.7.0 in the `woocommerce-avatax/assets/css/frontend/wc-avatax-frontend.min.css` file, styles for the `label` tag have been added on root level.

This causes ALL RADIO BUTTONS to have these styles applied, causing a lot of styling issues on our sites! See screenshot of the woocommerce checkout, for example.

PLEASE remove the label styles from the stylesheet, or we will be unable to update the plugin from 2.6.1 to 2.7.0.

We pay a shitload of money to Avalara, and we do not accept this kind of buggy updates.
