Send a renewal reminder before the subscription runs out without charging another $50 – $100 for a separate plugin with tons of functionality one might not even need.
Renewal reminders are now available, as part of WooCommerce Subscriptions v6.9.0 — I encourage you to upgrade to the latest version to start using this feature! 🙂 If you notice any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team via: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/.
Absolute disgrace and puts developers and small businesses at risk. It’s not remotely clear when reading about subscriptions that there is no renewal notice of any kind. But the plugin perfectly situates you to continue taking money from customers. Imagine the feeling of being billed for 1-3 years without a notification that you want to cancel etc. I believe this is becoming an illegal practice. This is one of the worst of things woocommere has done to strong-arm using more plugins. Hope this changes ASAP

Hi,
This feature is available in our plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/email-reminders-for-woocommerce-subscriptions/.
Thanks
My Clients are renewing $600 USD up to $1400…That’s a big hit if you are just getting by… Hands down this is required functionality.

For a >200 USD Subscription plugin it is seriously a disgrace not to have any renewal reminder functionality integrated.
This is now a legal requirement in the UK.
