At one of my clients, it frequently happens that appointments are rescheduled. The employees in the backend handle these changes in the appointment. However, the current interface for such rescheduling is not practical. While it is possible to manually input a new date or time for the appointment, there is no functionality to check whether an appointment is already booked or to see the available time slots. Currently, the appointment needs to be canceled, and a new one must be created. This process requires entering all customer information again, which is quite tedious. We are hoping for an improvement in the appointment rescheduling process as soon as possible.
Ideally, we would like to have a feature directly on the appointment itself that allows for easy rescheduling. This feature should display the available time slots for the appointment, allowing users to select and confirm a new time without the need to cancel and recreate the appointment.
