PayPal Payments for WooCommerce

My Woocommerce checkout form has a required phone number field. If my customer uses express checkout, PayPal transfers the customer’s details to the store and the order is placed. If the customer doesn’t have their phone number on file with PayPal, the order is placed successfully without requiring a phone number.
