Reschedule or Change the booking date

It’s quite difficult for me to see whether the date in the booking date & time field in the backend is FULLY BOOKED, PARTIALLY BOOKED or AVAILABLE. I also can’t see the color difference. hope you can make it easier for an admin to change the date in the backend without going to the frontend

    Hi there,

We recently consolidated a related request into this one. In doing so, we noticed an additional perspective worth capturing here:

    – **No availability check during reschedule**: When rescheduling in the backend, there is currently no way to check whether a target date/time is already fully booked or to browse available slots inline. The practical workaround — cancelling the booking and creating a new one — is disruptive and loses the original booking record.

We’ve noted this for the team when reviewing this request.

Rescheduling feels like an important component of any basic scheduling program and I”d like it for my Woo Bookings program and consultees.

I’d like my consultees to have the freedom to make changes to their times when needed. Currently it can be stressful for them not only because it requires multiple steps, but also because it’s unclear to them upon canceling whether they will get reimbursed and billed again or how that will work.

In addition, they have to reenter all of their info when making the new appointment, including entering their credit card / payment info. It’s not a supportive process to ask of people given the capacity for creating automations for things like this. It would be great to have this feature included.
