hi. since the beginning of the newer version of this tool i ask for this feature: give cloak the option to select the refund method instead of fixing it to the previous payment method.
at least in germany you can’t refund or partially refund a bac payment easily via terminal. you would have to make a bank transfer. and the cloak usually has no access to accounts. so in most cases this is done via cash payout.
