Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce

Send Email with Tracking info as soon as tracking is entered

We enter the tracking info using the REST API. This happens at day end and some time after after the orders are marked as shipped by our system (also using the API).

We would like to be able to send an Update Email to the customer automatically, once new tracking info is attached to an order.
