Order Delivery for WooCommerce

Hi,

Thanks for your wonderful plugin.
My client needs exactly what it is offering but with a small extra feature.

Our client “ships” on all week days, so 5 out of 7.
But our client only allows “local pickup” on monday and friday. Your plugin supports a “Enable ‘Order Delivery’ when the shipping method is ‘Local Pickup'” option which is what they need, but it shares the schedule with the other shipping methods.

It would be nice if the plugin could support separate schedules for pickup vs shipping as per my example. Or, maybe one step further: a separate schedule per shipping method. For example if you have default and fast shipping it could be so that default shipping only is available on weekdays and fast shipping is available 7 days of the week. That seems not to be possible right now but would be an extremely nice feature to have and would solve my clients situation completely.

I am a WordPress developer for some years, is there any of your filters that I can use to make those schedule changes in code for now? (But still respecting shipping/delivery calenders)
