Quote for WooCommerce

Hey there,
1) It would be great to have a possibility to allow users to add Ship-to address to Quote.
2) It would be helpful to have the possibility to customize the Quote template and add there not only a Logo but also some text that can be modified by Admin; for example, we need to add a statement that ‘prices are valid till xx.xx.xxxx’, info about our company as the Supplier (Name, address, phone number, email, etc.), Short Description and/or Description of Products.
