I’ve noticed that when I place an online order, the status goes from “Processing” to “Shipped” before finally showing “Order completed”. For e-commerce platforms that integrate advanced tracking and delivery notifications, like streaming services that provide live updates for shipments, how can systems ensure real-time accuracy of order status? Are there any modern solutions or platforms, perhaps similar to how Magis TVdelivers seamless, up-to-date content streaming, that effectively use NLP-driven notifications or automated status updates to enhance the customer experience?

I think WooCommerce needs not only shipped status but custom order statuses in general.
For example we manufacture and customize goods on a per order basis so the goods are shipped back and forth.
So when we receive an order we need these statuses:
Processing -> Return envelope sent to customer -> Envelope received from customer -> In production -> Completed(shipped)

Custom order statuses have been requested in some shape or form for a long time.
There are a few plugins for custom order statuses but all of them seem to have issues (block checkout bugs, duplicate admin emails, email previews not working).
Custom order statuses should be a core feature.

The fulfillment feature is a good direction but I’m yet unsure how it will fit our needs.

That workflow is standard in most eCommerce platforms, ensuring clear tracking for customers. While waiting for delivery, many enjoy entertainment apps like dixmax, often choosing dixmax descargar for smooth streaming.

Has anyone found a reliable way to automatically trigger an email notification when an order officially changes to “Shipped” status in WooCommerce? I’ve tried a few plugins, but they either malfunctioned or weren’t as reliable as manually marking the order “Completed

No brainer to add this option

Yes that is good if automatic tracking is provided by the shipping method. If I need to do tracking manually, I dont know if I would do that. But having that option is surely a good idea.

Tracking should be optional. Some stores ship products standard mail (no tracking).

This definitely needs to be added.
