Shipping says: “No shipping options available” – Woocommerce checkout (Blocks Beta?)

Regarding the fairly new Woocommerce checkout (Blocks Beta?):

In the shipping price section, it says, “Shipping: No shipping options available” which is confusing to the customers. This is when the customer has not entered a shipping address yet. See screenshot provided.

It should say something like, “Enter shipping address”, otherwise customers think we can’t ship to them or something is wrong.
