Shipping tax exclusive of tax by default

In woocommerce tax setting we put all prices on website are inclusive of tax, even after that shipping cost is regarded as exclusive of tax by default.It causes heaps of issue for us.Please consider putting a box for us in tax setting making the shipping inclusive of tax possible upon checking the box.
