shipping with Previous order feature

Suppose a user places an order and pays for shipping. Now his order status is “in progress”. He then decides to place another order (same address as the previous one). He has to pay the shipping fee again.

A new feature helps in this situation, so that the user can choose to ship with the previous order and not pay the shipping fee again.
