This would be great if you can create the coupon from payout modal not ‘manually’ in coupon dahboard .

Yes, it would be great to pay affiliates by issuing store credits towards their WC future order(s) instead of doing paypal payout. Offering existing customers who are also affiliates the option to get paid via store credit instead of Paypal would allow store owners to grow their affiliates thru existing customers who will subscribe or buy more.
