Storewide Coupons that Do Not Affect Vendors’ Commissions
Storewide Sale for Product Vendors where there is a way to use coupons on orders without affecting the vendors’ commissions.
Website owner could then throw a storewide sale to promote sales, but vendors would still be able to receive their regular percent commissions.

My client is in this situation as well. They want to offer a discount at the store level, and reimburse the vendors commission based on the original product price value.
