My customers are requesting that that they use their PayPal account to autofill the delivery address without having to fill in their address as part of the cart. This appears not possible with WooCommerce PayPal Payments or PayPal Standard. Paypal integration within Stripe appears to allow that.

yes please. 99% of our payments are via paypal.
STRIPE is so good in accounting. Paypal + Stripe = best solution
