I hope you are doing well. I would like to request the addition of **Saudi Arabia’s states (provinces)** to WooCommerce’s predefined shipping zones. Currently, WooCommerce does not include these subdivisions, which creates challenges for accurate shipping calculations and order processing.

Saudi Arabia has **13 administrative regions (states)**:
1. Riyadh
2. Makkah
3. Madinah
4. Al-Qassim
5. Eastern Province (Ash Sharqiyah)
6. Asir
7. Tabuk
8. Hail
9. Northern Borders (Al Hudud ash Shamaliyah)
10. Jizan
11. Najran
12. Al-Baha
13. Al-Jawf

Adding these states would greatly benefit store owners in KSA by improving **shipping accuracy, user experience, and logistics integration.** Many WooCommerce users in Saudi Arabia rely on third-party solutions to define these zones, but having them built-in would streamline the process.
