Subscriptions Gifting enable recipient to take over billing

A recipient should be able to take over the billing if they want to pay for the subscription on an ongoing basis. At the moment the subscription needs to be cancelled and restarted, which is not a great user experience, especially if there is a sign up fee for the subscription which the site admin doesn’t want to charge again.
