Anti-Fraud for WooCommerce

Historically, we’ve had fraud issues with email addresses associated with short, newly-registered domains. The scammers register a short domain name, and then they use an email like jimmy@resqty.com, with the resqty.com domain being recently-registered and not associated with a website.

The simple approach would be to allow us to use a REGEX entry for domains, basically flagging any 5-character domain (as an example).

What would be really cool would be for the plugin to be able to check how recently the email domain has been registered as a fraud signal. Flagging an email domain that’s only been registered for, say, 3 months could be really helpful.
