Tax Charges
‘I recommend Woocommerce Deposits plugin should have the ability to charge taxes one of the following ways:
– with deposit
– Split according to deposit amount
– with second payment
This option would make the Woocommerce Deposits plugin a lot better and more user friendly.

I have to comment here again because I was wrong in my first comment. For example here in France the deposit have to mention tax if it’s a service, but not if you’re selling goods. The best option here is, as you mention, to let the choice in plugin settings. It would be perfect.
The deposit and the balance are two different bills so you have to split the taxes in both (in most countries at least).
